Back to School rally for employees kicks off new school year
Thursday, Aug. 17 close to 3,000 Clovis Unified employees will crowd the Savemart Center to kick-off the new school year. The annual rally-style event will feature student performances, messages from the superintendent and Board president, and a keynote address from Michael Pritchard, teacher and author of the book “Listen to What Your Kids Aren’t Telling You.”
Michael Pritchard is a nationally acclaimed keynote speaker praised by the Wall Street Journal, CNN and Time for his ability to use humor to inspire and educate his audiences on communication skills. Michael Pritchard is a big guy with a warm heart who as one student described him, “truly walks as he talks.”
WHAT: Clovis Unified School District All-Employee General Session with keynote speaker Michael Pritchard, author, speaker and the force behind seven PBS specials on teaching and parenting.
WHERE: General Session will take place at the Savemart Center at Willow & Shaw avenues in Fresno.
WHEN: Thursday, August 17
General Session 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
